We guarantee your puppy to be in Good health and condition.We guarantee that all vaccinations and wormings are current,
(at least one shot and 3 wormings),and you,the buyer will be given a copy of shot/worming record at time of pick-up or sent
with puppy at time of shipping. It is your responsibility to have this puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian of your choice
within 36 hours of taking possession of this puppy.If this puppy is found to have a life threatening, or serious physical
condition,at Vet exam, other than a bacterial infection, such as coccida or worms, which are treatable, and common among
all puppies, a replacement puppy(same sex) our choice of puppy, will be given when available.We must be contacted immediately
( within 24 hours from Vet exam) and puppy is to be returned to us, at no expense to us, with a signed document, signed by
the Veterinarian stating the health problem. Any health and registration papers must also be returned at that time,or if puppy
was shipped,a faxed copy of all veterinarian documents must be faxed to us within 24 hours of Vet exam with the Vets phone
number. Failure to have puppy examined by a vet within 36 hours after picked up or shipped to you voids this guarantee. No
money will be refunded to you.You are responsible for all veterinary bills and any shipping charges to return the puppy.You
will also be responsible for all shipping charges,health certificate for your replacement puppy.You understand,that we reserve
the right to a second opinion from our Veterinarian before a replacement is sent,if we feel that it is necessary.We are not
responsible for any mishandling of your puppy, injuries,abuse or neglect,(which includes not feeding your puppy properly)caused
by you and the living conditions which your puppy is being raised..We are not responsible for Parvo,Distemper or Corona virus,or
kennel cough, as these are highly contagious diseases and can be contracted immediately leaving our premises.Our Guarantee
does not cover what we consider normal problems of all Bulldog breeds, or problems beyond our control:such as: Cherry eye,
Entropian ,loose hips, umbilical hernia,any skin conditions such as allergies or mange etc...We are not geneticists, and cannot
predict genetic problems. We do not breed dogs with undesirable conditions such as mange or bad hips but we cannot guarantee
that previous generations from other breeders did not have these conditions in their lines, therefore we cannot predict that
these conditions will not show up. Also,many enviromental conditions and changes in puppys' situtations can bring out many
different conditions in your puppy.This guarantee is for the original purchaser of the puppy. It is void if the dog has been
bred, altered, transferred, or sold by you to another individual.
This guarantee is only good until the pups 1 year birthday.
Purchasing agreement:Purchasing a puppy requires a $300 non-refundable,non-transferable deposit. Deposit
paid only by U.S. Postal money order,money gram,or western union.We do not accept deposits on pups that are not born. This
purchasing agreement is for pups that are on the ground.We feel that it is not proper to take your deposit until we have what
you want on the ground.Balance is to be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old,unless other arrangements have been
made with me.You lose your deposit and the puppy will be placed back up for sale. If the puppy is not picked up by age of
8 weeks or shipped at that age as agreed, $8 a day will be charged for keeping your puppy longer and you will be responsibile
for the cost of any additonal shots and wormings,also the price of addtional shipping charges and larger crate (unless other
arrangements have been made with me).
By filling in the form and signing below, you as the buyer,are 18 years of age or older, have read both the above
guarantee and purchasing agreement, and agree fully to it.(we feel that if you are old enough to fight for our country and
